I personally own scarves & blanket scarves from both Forever 21 & from Target! I love them from both of those places! My favorites have to be the Target scarves because they are great quality AND they are super affordable!
 My Target here in Waco usually sells out super quick when they get the scarves in! I remember last year I found mine at Target & snatched it up real quick because it was the LAST one! SCORE!!
