I like to describe myself as someone who's "champagne taste on a boxed wine budget"... That's the best way to describe it! Target is just the place for people like me! So when I found these shoes, I was pumped! (get it?!) I had actually been at Dillards before our trip to Target, and saw the "real" pumps but wasn't a fan of the price tag. Little did I know when I walked into Target that I would find some hidden gems!
Why I love Target:
1) Target Is Target. You can't beat it. I (and my mom) have always said that we would rather drive somewhere farther, and more expensive, than brave the doors of Walmart. So now that I live in a town that has Target within 15 minutes, I'm there once a week. And I have my favorite checkout girl. (kidding, but that wouldn't surprise most).
2) Target ALWAYS has dupes in their shoe section. ALWAYS! I love that I can count on Target for this! Majority of the dupes are Steve Madden replicas and others are such as Vince Camuto & they also has Dolce Vita for Target! They have some fab shoes also! It's also not limited to the shoe section, their purse section has amazing dupes too.. I've seen a Chloe satchel duped. Their clothing is really good quality. AND, let's not forget the swimsuits. All praise the Target swimsuit section because we all have at least one go-to bikini from Target.
3) Target is like a breath fresh air that doesn't kill your budget. They always have those trendy items so you can keep up with your surroundings. They are always paired with great name brands to please their customers. Also, they have great maternity clothes.. Not that I know from being preggo but I have wound up in that section more times than not because I just can't pass up a good oversized top ;)
4) Target is a one stop shop. Our Target is a SUPER Target. They have snacks & Starbs, they have groceries, then they have everything you don't need! I mean, who doesn't love going in for ONLY ONE THING and coming out with three sacks full of stuff that you found out you NEEDED?!
5) THE DOLLAR SECTION. Ummmm, hello. This is my fav. Seasonal decor? They have you covered with items that are $5 or under, and that $5 item is a big spender piece! $1 candy, so why not give a cute prize to everyone you know?! $2 water bottle that you don't need but it has sparkles so you might as well... I mean, this section can get dangerous, but it's all under $5 so it won't add up that quick, right?!?!
Now that I have made you want to go to Target this very second.. Get your keys. Get in your car. And GET TO TARGET!
